HERE WE GROW CHILD CARE CTR

Pros - was a big place with a big playground. big lunchroom, Initial teacher who gave us the tour seemed nice...thats it.
Cons -
Lack of communication - Only in her first week or so we got feedback on how she adjusted, then she switched age groups and the teachers there barely give me information on how she does, what she did, just that yeah she ate and is still alive. Seemed like I got answers that they thought I'd want to hear.
Lack of  teachers with an actual childhood degree - It seems like people who either have their own kids there or mom experience work there.
Lax policy on bringing sick kids - There are times when I've admitted she hadnt been on her medicine for 24 hours and they were always ok with me bringing her in, getting other kids sick possibly.
Dishonesty- Sometimes I was told one thing over the phone and a completely different thing when I picked her up, about eating or sleeping. One time my daughter was exhausted and they had put she had 2 hr a nap (same times every day?) I know theres no way by how tired she was.
Garbage left in hallways and the place always stinks
Employee turnover-  There was a lady who when we first had a tour I felt really comfortable with, but she was gone by the time we enrolled. There was another one who I liked when she started daycare, but she was soon gone.
No structured activities for kids- I basically just drop her off and aside from singing a few songs and sometimes readying books, it really seems like all they let the kids do is play. No field trips, its basically just like a group of babysitters who are never interacting with the kids when i pick her up. The 'head" teach was never there, had already left for the day. Art projects are always the same, they lack in variety and creativity.
I have been in a situation where the teacher had left me in the room with another kid left in the room and I had no idea where she'd gone, lucky she was back a minute later.
