We have started using Heaven's Best at my work place. We are an Assisted Living Center and our carpets get well used. One unit we were sure we would have to replace but it looks great after using Heaven's Best.

When I called to scedule an appointment, he was very kind and understanding of my work schedule. We got an appointment penciled in right away. He was so punctual, he beat me there. By the time the appointment started, he was totally ready to go. Within an hour, he was done and he said we could start moving in another hour. Not only was he quick, but he was honest about everything. He went over everything he did and what he used to get the stains out. He was even able to tell me WHAT the stains were. Wow, he was great!

When I called to make an appointment, I wasn't sure if I needed it for wed or fri. They were very supportive and said they would schedule it for friday and steer others from scheduling on Wednesday just in case. When he arrived, I wasn't completely moved out so he said he would give me an hour. He came back when he said he would, vacuumed up the floor, and went to work. He was very courteous and very professional. The whole process took about 1 to 1.5 hours and was dry in another hour. The rates were very reasonable and the floor looked as if it were new. There is a lot of value offered by this service provider. I would definitely use this company again if I were in the area.
