Seal leaked. Argued with service rep for 15 minutes before he agreed to replace it again. After I got my truck home I checked the rear axle for oil. The dealer failed to add oil. I purchased my pickup new from the dealer and every time I had service between 2002 and 2011 I had to return it due to poor service. After my last problem with my axle seal I decided to write the service manager a letter. I never did get a response.

I have been pleasantly surprised with the level of great service I get at Gateway Chevrolet. This time, as always, the work was done correctly and quickly. They always keep me updated as to what's going on, and they always wash my car to top it off. Car repairs are expensive everywhere, so I appreciate the good work they've done and the way I've been treated there for the last 4-5 years they've been servicing my car.
