Felber Piano Tuning and Repair

Great! How could we give Andrew 10 stars and quadruple A rating? He used both aural and electronic tuning.. basic and fine tuning and explained that the piano did not need re-stringing. Evidently the pins for base octaves had been loosened and he tightened these.. result: the piano sounds great again. He did say that we will wait a few weeks and see if the pins "loosen".. but he does not think that the pin block would need to be replaced.. he will try something else instead. It has now been two weeks and it sounds exactly as it did the day he was here. He obviously knows what he is a professional, extremely talented, and we were grateful to get GOOD news. You cannot ask a more professional, personable , talented young man into your home! We had the same tuner for decades and he is now deceased. Needless to say, we are rejoicing that we called Andrew Felber. He spent a great deal of time with our piano and the post-tuning "concert" was beautiful music to our ears! We are recommending him to any and all we know with pianos!
