EDDIE & BARKUS

Our dogs love going to E & B. The staff members treat the dogs like members of their own family. Our dogs always leave there so happy and content. Whether it is just for the day or it is for a week vacation, I know my pets are happy and safe with Eddie & Barkus and dog friends. They are very professional and easy to work with. We value their services and how much they care very much.

After a close friend recommended, we have been taking our dog since puppyhood, times three years. Our labby is a very social, naturally excited dog and the exposure to so many other dogs has been a tremendous benefit over the years (she is much calmer in greeting other dogs and is comfortable with dogs of all types, shapes & sizes). She loves field trips to Harwood weekly where they play outdoors and I am sent a text of a video/photo. Using in winter has been a relief as well as she gets enough exercise that we can skip some walks in the minus 20 degree weather. I know Mavis is happy at E&B as she darts to the door in the morning and doesn't look back. I am also grateful to all of the caregivers who have come to know Mavis well and do little things (like work on dropping the ball!) without our even requesting help. Eddie and Barkus does a wonderful job.

Remie has been going to Eddie & Barkus daycare in Harwood for the last year after we put down Jagger. She was shy and depressed when she first started going. Now she’s playing, loves the cuddles and the girls who take care of her every day!

We cannot say enough about the amazing team at both locations of Eddie & Barkus and the care they provide Meika. Meika is a German Shepherd who is all business when we are with her and by bringing her to E&B, it allows her to relax and socialize with other humans and dogs. She loves the field trips to the Harwood location where she can run in the fenced dog park and we enjoy the videos and photos that they send us while she is there. We enjoy reading the report card that they send back. We have also used their boarding facility in Harwood, very clean and Megan is great to work with.

My dogs go to Eddie and Barkus daily for daycare and happily call it a home when I am out of town. The staff are amazing and extremely personable. The facility is always clean when I am there are my dogs are cared for by the staff like they are their own. I do not hesitate with recommending E&B to everyone I know. Daycare days and field trips are something that my dogs look forward to every morning. This is our family and we love everyone here. You will not be disappointed with anything at this top notch business!

My dogs and I absolutely love E&B! I've been taking my 6yr old goldendoodle here ever since he was a puppy, and now bring our newest puppy, a mini schnauzer. They both love their time there, and the girls that work there. I fully trust the staff with my babies, and know they are safe and having fun while in their care. The field trips are an absolute treat for my goldendoodle, he goes every week!! I love the report cards that he gets sent home with, and the pictures they take, it's so special!! I have recommended E&B to my friends and will continue to do so. My pups are lifers for sure!!

We've been customers of Eddie & Barkus for many years. Our dogs love to going to their Thunder Road location in south Fargo, as well as their Harwood Country Club north of town. Our active lab cross especially enjoys the Harwood location with the 5 acre dog park. He can run and play ball all day. I figure he probably tires them out as much as they tire him out. Sometimes when we pick them up, it seems they'd rather stay there than go home, "But mom, we're playing!" We also have no qualms leaving them while we go on vacation. We know they are well taken care of, and loved by their wonderful staff. A fun activity they do is Field Trip Day during the nicer months. I love getting the report Cards and pictures! I highly recommend Eddie & Barkus if you're looking for daycare, grooming, or boarding.

My lab Cora loves it there. They r excellent at what they do, go the extra mile to help and accommodate with the appropriate notice. Lots of room for the dogs to run around outside. It's very clean and the people are really nice. They prescreen the dogs for the most part, they take the dogs out to make sure they are not mean or too wild so I think that is pretty good. I have an old very laid back dog and he likes to play. He is about 65-70 pounds, but he is very laid back. He doesn't like to get in too many disagreements. They are just really good. He loves going there. He walks at the door and starts jumping up and down, and gets really excited when I say we are going to Eddie and Barkus. I think they are just wonderful! I think I am boarding him next week there.

They have a huge air conditioner indoor facility. The dogs are never alone. There's always somebody there and they play with them. They have lunch and nap time. I like the cleanliness of the place.

An awful experience. Strange dogs should not be kept in mixed groups.

Our dog received very good care and we were very pleased with our service. Having the piece of mind that we can leave our pet over an extended weekend and that he will be cared for and receive plenty of exercise is well worth it.
