They seemed very knowledgeable and talked through what they where going to do before doing the work. We discussed different options on where to put the heater. They also ran extra gas lines so I could install a gas dryer downstairs in the future. They did run into trouble when try to put the exhaust out the wall and had to change walls. They offered to fix the extra hole in the sheet rock but I said I would take care of the hole when I finished the ceiling.
We did discuss the vent and I said the wall would be fine but in hindsight I would put the vent through the ceiling. This had nothing to do with them but just to let people know what I would do different.
