I first met with the contractor while he was doing work (for nobody in particular; just volunteering with hundreds of other people) in the neighborhood during flood preparation time. I asked him to contact me as soon as the flood cleanup was complete and the ground thawed to allow yard work to begin. He was actually the one who created most of the yard damage with his Bobcat track loader running pallets of sandbags from the street filling sites to the backyards where the d*** was being built. I was willing to PAY him for the damage HE CREATED. He was 3-4 weeks late in getting the proposal to me from the time he said it would be ready. He never responded to any of my emails so I left a message on his cell phone requesting he set up a time to meet with me to do a "walk through" the yard so I knew exactly what was included and what I could expect when all the work was complete. He never returned the phone call and never followed up. Needless to say, the work was given to someone else. If you're looking for a good, reliable company to do landscaping work for you, this is one I would not put on the list of recommended companies.
