D & M ROOFING & SIDING CO

After our hail damage, we called D & M. Our estimate was done timely and very thoroughly by a knowledgable and experienced estimator.. We asked them to do the work, but due to our own problems (doctors and hospital), the work had to wait. We were happy they could get the work done before cold weather. A full crew arrived with all tools and trash dumpster. They worked skillfully and diligently for two days, cleaned up and hauled off all the trash. The crew worked cooperatively on different areas of the house and were friendly and courteous. The chimney area needed special attention because it is flat and prone to leaks. It seems to be in good shape now though it has not been tested by driving rain. The office staff and manager were responsive and returned our phone calls quickly. Overall, it was a good experience.

Then my roof started to leak during some of the melting of snow.  I contacted the company and they sent someone out and they fixed it.  But it didn't work, I kept getting leakage and now  I have contacted the company multiple times, they came out and said that they would fix it.   One of the guys went up on the roof and said they bead of sealant didn't work and it was fixed for now but would send someone out to do it correctly.    That was several months ago.      I have called multiple times and no response.  I forgot to mention I got gutter work they fixed a few things but I already have a part of the gutter hanging and called still waiting for them to fix that also.    Most of their work was good but customer service sucks.
