In negotiating the purchase of our new vehicle we were promised that the extended warranty we purchased included replacement of lost/damaged keys without cost. Sure enough we lost a key and the service department said that was not covered. and quot;Double checkingand quot; with the person who made the promise and quot;confirmedand quot; that replacement keys weren't covered. We wanted an oil change at 7,000 miles which the service manager agreed to during our and quot;orientationand quot;. When my wife brought the vehicle in for a 7,000 mile oil change the service department refused, saying that the oil change was not necessary until there were 10,000 miles on the car. The oil changes and routine maintenance are free and we have and quot;couponsand quot; for it all, but this did not seem to matter. Sales personnel of course offered to help program the vehicle's tech systems to synch with phones, but did not know how, and were unavailable at the times they agreed to meet about this.

We love the vehicle, but don't trust the organization. This puts us in a bind because we have service agreements with the organization. We will not go through this process again.

Basics ~ all of that was done well. But I asked them to replace the wiper blades with the kind I had in (Valeo) and they put in a Walmart/Target brand instead but charged me the price of those I had originally asked for. I'm a commuter, so I need really good wipers, and these suck. ALSO, they said I needed a new heater core and it would cost me $1300. After some investigating a) I need to get a second opinion because it might be the thermostat, b) It shouldn't cost anywhere near $1300. I am so incredibly disappointed!

I use Corwin Toyota for all of my oil changes on my 2008 Cadillac DTS. I used to own a 2000 Toyota Avalon so knew of their quality when I drove a Toyota. Upon finding a used Cadillac, I asked them if I could still come there for oil changes...assuming the answer was and quot;yesand quot;. They said, and quot;Of course, we'd love to work on it!and quot; I have purchased tires from them and they do free tire rotation when I show up for oil changes. I enjoy the complimentary coffee, latte, and snacks while waiting for the work to be completed. They are prompt, professional, courteous, fair with their prices and easy to deal with. I will continue to go to them for my oil changes, tires, and quick vehicle service when no appointment is needed.

The Corwin Toyota dealership does an excellent job with all aspects of service on Toyota and any other make of car that one would choose to take there. Besides getting service on my Sienna, I was recently searching for a used car for business purposes. For $100 they go through any make top to bottom for a wellness check and provide you with a report. As a result of their findings, I was able to make an informed decision and stayed away from one of the cars that I brought in due to problems that they brought to my attention.

Everything went well.  The staff was very friendly and did a good job.

I am going there today. I didn't pay anything for the oil change as it was a part of the Toyota package. I bought my car there and they do service for free. It was nice and comfortable. I can watch TV and they have a little beeper thing when it is done and it is not like sitting in a stinking garage. They have a nice lounge too.

.They gave me an extra $1,000 on my trade in because they were trying to obtain used cars since they were low on them. They are ultra professional. My sales person was very low key, no pressure what so ever, very helpful, very laid back, and it was real nice. I am so use to high pressure sales people with cars. I wasn't there to buy a car I was really there to just get a price on my trade in.

They do all the fluid checks, and they give me a written info on what they have done while working on the car.  They don't pressure me to do something that I don't want to do at that time.  They are very friendly and easy to work with. They have a beautiful waiting room area for kids and adults and wifi for you to use while waiting.  They also have a courtesy car that will take you any place in town that you need to go to.  We keep buying our cars from them and our son and his wife just bought 2 cars from them also.  The salesman that we think very highly of is Kevin Muller.  He is the only one we use at this dealership.
