The cost of the repair was covered by my insurance and the job was excellent overall. Their customer service stood out. They took time to explain and worked with my insurance company. I had some complaints about my insurance company and their estimate, but this company worked with me to work with the adjuster. We finally had to get another adjuster so it got complicated and they were helpful all the way through in communicating with two adjusters. They were excellent and I definitely am going back to them if I ever have to. They were really responsive in a complicated thing.

I live in Minneapolis and my son attends NDSU in Fargo. The day before Thanksgiving, my son backed his open driver's side door into a pole so that it would not close. Since he would otherwise not be able to come home for the holiday, I drove to Fargo to take care of it. I called Collision Experts, and they came and jumped the car and drove it to their shop free of charge, gave me a very reasonable estimate and friendly service, and had it ready by the time my son returned the following Monday. Very impressive!

I showed up without an appointment and one of the guys (one of the owners, Dave) removed the driver's inner door panel and discovered the broken cable. Even though the part had to be ordered, they gave me a ride home and asked if I could return the next day to pick it up. Upon returning to the auto body shop the next day, the handle mechanism was replaced and all worked fine and normal. I have know Dave, Steve (the two owners) and their guys for many years. They ALWAYS have had time to visit with me when I have stopped either socially or to discuss an issue with one of my vehicles. NEVER have they done sub-standard work. They charge a fair price for great work and have developed a great following over the years. I have turned potential customers their way and know they have become permanent customers. Whether it's a small and quot;dingand quot; or a vehicle needing major body, frame, glass, and paint work, I would not have to rethink my decision for a second to use their expertise again.

I had both front end and back end damage on my wife's 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe. Collision Experts worked with my insurance company and helped to clear up some mistakes the adjuster made. The work they did was awesome. They buffed out both headlights just to make it all look better. They were very personable and easy to talk to. I asked a lot of questions and never felt like they were getting tired of me or my questions. These guys are awesome and I will go back to them for body work but hopefully not for an accident.
