Braaten has a local reputation for high quality. Salesman Terry was always polite and helpful. However, there seemed to be very poor communication within the company and a job that should have taken three months at most took more than twice that. For example, the cabinets are beautiful, but it took three followup visits over more than a month to fix problems such as unplugged holes, warped boards, etc. Much as I like the quality of the work, I would not have Braaten do any more work for me.
