Stereo and Home Theater System Service
I called to ask if they would do the repair the rough estimate over the phone was $100-$200, a very conservative estimate. The person was polite and professional. I brought the receiver in that same day.
The shop doesn't look as impressive as repair shops I've seen in the past BUT the work area looked tidy. The person took time to talk with me, explain what might have gone wrong and left me feeling VERY comfortable leaving my expensive equipment with them.
They estimated 1-2 weeks for the repair, and it was done in one. They called with the estimate, and got it right to the dollar. I was very impressed and will definitely use Bill's video again.
