I had received a gift certificate for carpet cleaning in a basket at a silent auction. When I contacted the company to schedule service, the woman I spoke to was very pleasant and worked hard to find a time that would accommodate my schedule.
When I indicated the areas we needed cleaned (family room and hallway) she asked if there was anything else they could clean for us as I still had services available to use up the value of the certificate. I found it very refreshing that she was proactive in helping me use up the full value of the certificate.
