Jon gave a conservative assessment of our roofing needs and fixed problem areas on the spot, avoiding a costly reroofing project. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, and we really appreciated not getting sold a total reroofing job that we didn't need.

He explained everything that needed to be done and was very pleasant. I am now looking for more things that I can use them for because they did such an amazing job.

I'm very satisfied with Jon and his team's work, as well as the entire process. Jon is very knowledgeable and perfectionist to what he does. He shared pictures taken from the roof, which showed the excellency at each step of the work. The roof turns out beautiful! He measured wrong so the quote was not covering enough shingles, but he still went with the quote. I would highly recommend them for any roofing work!

Returned calls quickly, explained everything in detail, got the job done in a reasonable timeframe. Fixed subpar work from the previous roofer that had failed and even pointed out some other problems that needed to be addressed and discussed if i wanted to fix or wait. Go with a pro, you won't regret it.

Good workmanship and completed in a timely manner

Jon did a great job repairing my roof. I had some leaking that was happing. He called shortly after I put in a request for a quote and was there the next day. He found the issues and took care of them. He was professional, prompt and did a great job.

Asset Services LLC My estimates ranged from $7000 to a hard-sell $25,000. I decided to get more estimates, do more research and ask more questions. I am extremely pleased with my choice of Jon Dahlgren, Asset Services LLC. Jon was responsible, respectful, knowledgeable, professional, passionate and a perfectionist.  He was easy to work with, was willing to listen to my wants and wishes, and discuss and provide me with what I desired.  He made it a point to keep me informed of what concerns he had during the project and with his immense knowledge was able to recommend a solution that was practical, workable, and with-in my budget. I knew from Jon's estimate that he was meticulous and precise. He worked diligently and maintained an impressive work ethic. He set high standards for himself and his employees. It took longer than I expected however most of the under boards needed to be replaced and that takes more time. Jon was very conservative keeping the budget in mind. He was great about showing me the boards so I could see how bad they were. Very polite crew. Great job cleaning after the job was done.

It was awesome! Jon arrived and was very thorough at determining what needed to be done as well as his expectations as a contractor and mine as the consumer. He was knowledgeable and explained a lot of different aspects of reshingling a roof. The workers arrived and were very polite and hardworking. They cleaned up the work area every day. There wasn't any thing for me to do when they left. I will give their name out to my friends and will hire them again in a heartbeat. I've actually contracted them to return to add new gutters to both the garage and house after I've painted them this summer. Not once did Jon make me feel like my project was too small or not worth the time and effort to do. Very personable from the get go. Kept me in the loop at all times. Very trustworthy as well. The cost was totally acceptable for this area, especially when you look at the workmanship that went into this project.
