We noticed the furnace was not working. We had purchased the furnace new from Artic Services a few years prior to this. They responded quickly to our request for service, found the problem was electronic, replaced the bad part and had our furnace running again in a few hours. We were very satisfied.

They are good. They had put in a furnace and 2 air conditioners for us. They are nice people to deal with. Their price was average. I know that it's the same as what the rest would charge. I would use them again. It's a small company and they remember us. Their quality is good.

They did the work in a day, and it appears to be a high quality job. It's a small operation and I know they've been in business awhile, so I like to patronize those types of places. The only reason they don't get an A is that I'm not a huge fan of vendors that quote out and bill to quote. That's an unrealistic expectation, but I'm always pleasantly surprised when I get a bill lower than bid.
