"[member name removed] was the architect of record for this project whose drawings were absent of several very important project components, one even being a direct code violation costing the owner in excess of $50,000. I had to spend valuble time fixing situations that Artectka ([member name removed's firm) fell short on, including producing drawings for the structural engineer so that the project could move along. [member name removed] team and the drawings he produced and signed lacked important information that if Dahms Design hadn't had the experience to notice something was missing, the project would have been delayed further, as well as additional funds being spent. The project ended up being successful, despite being late because of sub-par architectural drawings. We are currently completing a project in excess of $150,000 (D'vine wine and beer bar in Boerth's gallery in downtown Fargo)where the owner (Mr. Michael Rohr) is more then excited about our performance and experience. [member name removed] is angry with us because he fell short on what his firm and himself was contracted to do and we called him on it."
