Accent Kitchen and Bath was a dream to work with. The salesman was super nice in helping us decide bathroom fixtures and flooring. He explained all the procedures before hand. They had to drill into the floor and even with all the drilling and dust, it never made it through our house. They kept the work site pristine and were always very professional. During our bathroom addition, our basement flooded. Accent was quick to respond and help us fix what was ruined. They were such miracle workers. It is now 2017 and our bathroom looks as beautiful as it did when they unveiled it to us. We loved all the quality products they installed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The kitchen designer did a great job and helped me pick out cabinets, countertops, flooring and hardware that looks great and was within my budget. The new kitchen design exceeded my expectations and everything I ordered came in a timely manner.

It went well. Some issues but they were good at fixing things you don't like.

They were OK. It was their first time to the house and skipped several things. They were supposed to clean the laundry room, clean the cabinets and they didn't go into the laundry room. I had to give them my credit card number before they came out. I called them about not cleaning the appliances, and the laundry room and she gave me a 20 percent discount. The next month they charged me for a full service and I didn't even hire them. I didn't call them back and I got charged twice. They did a so, so job. I wouldn't hire them again. They could have been more diligent in the way they cleaned and thorough.

They are very reliable. They come every Thursday.

Bathroom is wonderful. Everything we asked for. When something wasn't quite to our liking, they redid it with no hassle.
Plumber and electrician were efficient and professional. Job supervisor was on location when work was being done and he was an exceptional guy to work with.

• Accent did a great job for us.

I wanted to do certain things myself to save some money and they were willing to do that without question. Accent had so much to choose from that it was hard to get started but with the help of there sales staff steering us in the right.

They came when they said they would, pulled the required permits, and
did a very nice job. They are a little pricier than other companies,
but they do quality work and you can count on the fact that they will do
the work they say they will.

Gentleman showed up as planned at noon, we showed him what we'd like done, he listened and was attentive, very professional. He did an excellent job, finished in a short amount of time. Left a very clean worksight. Would highly recommend this company, and will definitely utilize them again for future projects.

From the very beginning, the folks at Accent made us feel they were "our team". They took time to completely understand what our requirements were and what we wanted the end result to be, both in function and appearance. They made suggestions, provided answers to any questions we had, & presented a complete plan before the work began. Along with a clear estimate, they provided a detailed timetable for the project. Once it began, we were most impressed with the professionalism of the craftsmen. They continuously cleaned up after themselves, and at the end of each day explained what had been done and what was next. The end result was absolutely outstanding -- beyond our expectations. This was not an easy job, but they made it look that way. I recommend them to anyone. We could not have found a better group of people to work with.

The workers were all neat and did very professional work. They completed there work in a timely matter and in compliance with their estimate.

Everything went smoothly and was timely. They were easy to work with, and did a good job of keeping the work area clean.

First, they helped us gather our ideas, and gave us many more, to help put together the layout and design. They used computer programs that could draw pictures of what the concept would look like when it was finished-from multiple views. Then,they put together a cost estimate and timeline of what it would take to get it done. They completed the work as promised meeting dates and got everything finished quickly. They were very neat and timely--same time every day--and took every effort to keep the mess to a minimum. I think one of the best assets of Accent is the communication and coordination--they had to juggle the plumber(s), electrician(s), appliance company(s), city inspector(s), etc etc. It was smooth and flawless. Any imperfection was handled and fixed. I truly love my new kitchen. It is drop-dead gorgeous if I do say so myself! ha! We picked out most of the flooring, paints, colors, etc. but Accent personnel was very helpful (and patient) with suggestions. They have a neat showroom where you can go look and feel the cabinets, flooring etc. If they didn't have it in the showroom, you could find it online, but we ended up using only product that they had on display in the showroom. The showroom is open eves and Saturdays and was always there when we needed it--lots of decisions from faucets to light fixtures--Accent helped us to get it all done. Thanks Mike and crew! When we first contacted Accent we let them know when the project needed to be completed and we were assured they could make it happen. Because they worked with contractors, we knew that they would schedule a day and time for each part of the project, having all the contractors working around each other. I did have a little problem at first when the first contractor, due to another project Accent had going, did not show up on time and I did not get a call from Accent about this. I had other commitments myself and had rescheduled some of my activities to allow myself to be home when they arrived. This happed again the second day and I contracted the designer I was working with at Accent and he handled it right away. After that, if there was a problem with any of the workers showing up on schedule, I was notified the day before by the person who schedules all the times. I was okay with that.
I have to say that ALL the contractors Accent had come into my home were the best. I would recommend any of them. They were very friendly and did excellent work and completed all on time.
My husband and I are very happy with the end results and would definitely recommend Accent. If we need any more remodeling done, will look at them again. We love our new kitchen. It has the WOW factor we were looking for and everyone that comes in to our home if very impressed. Thank you Accent Contractors.

This is the third project that we have had done by Accent Contracting and we have been pleased with their work on all three occasions. The first thing that impressed me was their huge beautiful show room. The salesman was very helpful in helping me pick out the materials needed for the project. The workers were all very friendly, easy to work with and eager to please, sometimes staying later in the evening to finish up something they were working on. The back splash turned out beautiful. I asked them to make a shelf for above the sink out of the same natural stone that the back splash was made of and that really turned out great and definitely added to the appearance. The only negative thing I could say about anything was that it took a little longer than expected and the reason for that was they had scheduled the tiler to start on the floor and when he arrived he noticed some of the old tiles were lifting and he didn't want to put new tiles over top, as it would lift up the new ones. He recommended a sub floor be installed in order to do the job right and I would say that is a good thing. We are completely satisfied, Accent did a great job. We have recommended them to neighbors and friends.

Many issues along the way.There was a lack of communication between employees. Things needed to be redone. Would not use.

Excellent. Jared the manager of the carpet cleaning and mold department came right over. He didn't agree with inspection report that there was mold. Since this item was the only thing holding up the sale of the house, I wasn't really in splitting hairs and just wanted it done. He was reluctant to give me price since his minuim price was a exhorbiant price for 15 minutes work, but I thought it was a bargin in the long run. Technican showed up two days later , treated the area(12 sq ft) cleaned up and said he wished all his jobs were say easy. Jared didn't try to upsell anything, told you the truth, and gave reasonable solutions to the problem. Since I was having Accent perform other services for us at the same time, I screwed up paying the invoices but we able to sort it all out to everyone's satisfaction. I would gladly use them again

excellent, came in the day before settlement and did all the rugs. Actually picked up the area rugs the week before, cleaned them at their store, rolled them up for packing with the movers. Super people to work with, on time for the scheduled agree to, and will definitely use them again

The picking out process was fun and I loved the product. The installation was a nightmare. It went on for 7 weeks. Poor communication. Prices kept changing. People didnt show up or left saying they couldnt find materials that were literally right in front of them. I was to leave my house unlocked everyday with my dog locked up or give them a key. That made me so nervous especially with workers who were to come day after day and didnt and day after day my house was left wide open and the dog locked up. After the salesperson laughed and cracked a joke after informing me of another delay which put me into tears,I ended up calling the manage/owner who in a matter of 36 hours had it all done and even threw in a free housecleaning. He made every attempt to right a wrong and while I appreciated it the whole 7 weeks just about ruined this project and has us sworn off anymore remodeling.
