Gutter Repair and Replacement, Siding Service
We were told we would have our gutters installed within 10-12 weeks. It took over 6 months for someone to show up. In the mean time, we were not given any updates or explanation of why it was taking so long.
During our estimate, we had requested covers for the gutters to keep out the leaves, and were told we wouldn't need them because the gutters were so wide they wouldn't get clogged. This is definitely not the case. All of our gutters are full of leaves and our roof is extremely difficult to reach, causing us to hire people to clean our gutters.
We also requested seamless soffit and fascia during our estimate, and did not receive any estimates or reasoning for not providing that service.
Overall, our gutters look nice, but the service we received was subpar given the cost.
