WINN CONSTRUCTION INC

Overall, I'm very pleased with the results.  Over the years, the driveway had sunk so water was draining toward the house and into the basement.  There was limited space and grading constraints that hampered correcting the problem with simple mudjacking.  Winn came up with a solution for a competitive price.  I received other bids from other concrete companies that were lower but their solutions weren't as comprehensive or long term as what Winn came up with, and I wanted the job done right. 
My only two complaints are 1) they have the cement touching the siding on one corner of the driveway, and 2) I would have perferred more interaction with the crew so I could see what was happening with the drainage below grade on the side of driveway (a walkway) that wasn't replaced. 
It did take a couple of weeks for Winn to come out and bid the project, then several months to come out and do the job.  For this area of ND and in this time in history, that is typical.  With the oil boom going on, I'm just happy they were able to fit my little project in.  For THEM, it was a small job.  For ME, it was huge.  The drainage problem has been corrected and the basement is dry.

Horrible.   This man would lie to his mother if he thought he could make a buck.
