+ -1 moreBasically nothing has been done, after speaking with other residents they are also having trouble getting the property owner Eric Aasmundstad to fix any problems in their residences. Due to the housing shortage in our town we forgot to do our homework on the property and now we are paying for it! If you must reside in any property owned by Aasmundstad Rentals you must be sure to get all repairs DOCUMENTED.
Description of Work: Great first impression and apartment viewing, promised that all windows in the property would be replaced before winter set in. No service of any kind performed while we were in that apartment. Moved into another apartment in the same building and found some of the electrical outlets did not work. Light fixture over kitchen sink burned out and actually sparked when I tried to replace the light bulb. Furthermore the windows in this apartment were sub-par as well, during a day of rain the window casing started leaking and saturated the carpet in the bedroom making the apartment smell moldy after a week. No work has been done thus far on any of the problems I have listed.
