It did not go well. The furniture was delivered by high school kids who walked on our couch with their dirty shoes and had the cushions and pillows from the couch on the floor of the dirty truck-no wrapping over the couch at all. The pillows on the couch had pulls in the fabric. The mattress had a wrapper over it, but the wrapper had holes in it. When it was unwrapped, there was dirt on the mattress. The leather ottoman had claw marks all over the leather and the legs were scratched. The delivery truck left a huge oil slick in our driveway. The store replaced the mattress within 2 weeks, and they replaced the pillows within a few months. They wanted us to pay for all of the furniture, but we refused to pay for the ottoman until they replaced it. We had to disputed the charges with the credit card company in order to get them to respond. After 5 months, they replaced the ottoman with a new one, but the legs were damaged again. After 6 months, they delivered new legs, but they were the wrong color. After 7 months, they finally delivered new undamaged legs. They also were not forthright with the credit card company, omitting important information about the claim, making them seem like they were totally in the right, when they really were not.
