SUPERIOR GLASS INC

I called them once to get a quote and never heard from them. Called them back and they told me "we'll Get to it when we get to it". When it day came to the install day the two guys where nice and did their job correctly. I got the bill and they charged us 280.00, I went down to talk to them about the bill. They charged us 140.00 for each worker and including this was workman's Comp. with the prices of having both guys out their, then they added a  travel fee. The bill was not broke down for what costs was for what. When I went to talk to the manager or owner this is what he told me, and the best he would do is take off $25.00. He also told me that his labor rate was 85.00 hour, and the guys where at my house for One hour and charged for their 5.5 miles to and from my house. Will I ever use them again NO. I would not even recommend them to my worst enemies.  Don't Hire this Company they are rude and very over priced!!!!!!!!!!!

Very friendly customer service, quick turnaround and well-done professional work;  Everyone I have talked to there has been very friendly and their knowledge of the entire glass business is "superior" - I think the business name fits very well!  They have many years of experience and yet willingly take the time to work on small jobs for new customers, which may be why they have so many repeat customers, like me!
