Very quick response problem was identified quickly and resolved within an hour

I called this morning at about 9:15 and didn't get my call returned until 3:30. When he did call back he came over in about 10 minutes. He assessed the problem quickly, got his tools out and got to work. We chatted while he replaced everything and it was done in no time. He asked me how the answering service did, he mentioned that he wanted to make sure they were doing a good job. He had mentioned that today just happened to work out to get to the house--usually they are booked 2-3 weeks out. He was very friendly and easy to work with.

Last night while washing clothes the drain quit draining completely. Today I called two plumbers to clean the lines. I have yet to hear from the first place I called and Roto Rooter has already fixed the problem and left.
When I called this morning I was told they could be over within the hour and they were. I explained the problem and showed them where everything was. They cleaned the main line, explained what was clogging it and also cleaned the line from our utility sink where the washing machine drains into. They cleaned up after themselves and you can't even tell they were here.

Will not do any plumbing. Assessed what we needed to fix our own drain however.

Serviceman arrived on time. Was knowledgable on what needed to be done and fixed it. Haven't had a problem since. Very happy with service. If I need work done on my drains again, I would call them in a heart beat!!!!

As stated we have had them over 4-5 times now. They're fairly quick and they do a good job. We have them over once every 8-10 months probably. We may want to invest in our own snake. I would highly recommend them for cleaning your pipes. They usually can come that day or the next.
We tried using some coupons I found on their website. I will admit the coupons were not in an area most people would ever find, but I was still disappointed when they refused to take them. They did offer us a coupon worth significantly less in value though.

Our experience with them was just fine. He was here when he was supposed to be and did the job. I was not there when he was here, my husband was here. We would use him again in the future if needed.
