When I called Quality they were polite on the phone and very knowledgeable, and gave me a quote of $52.00 for checking it out plus parts and labor. They explained that they charged labor on the half hour. I thought that I should check out some other pricing first, and I was glad I did! They were by far the least expensive in town, and could make it out the next day. I called back and told them I had a burner out and scheduled my appointment. The technician came out the next day on time and within twenty minutes they had me going again. I could not believe they had everything they needed! They explained everything very well, and did not treat me like an idiot for asking questions. I would use this company again and would trust sending them to my aged mothers house for repairs. Honest truly QUALITY service!
The last repair company I called was Mr. Appliance he actually had to by
the parts off of Quality Appliance Repair and he charged me twice for
the fact that he had to order the parts and come back! Do not use MR. Appliance!

the repair was fine... they came out found the problem (fuse burnt out and they replaced it) but the price quote was not what they charged here is the break down: | |fuse 22.00 |tax 1.32 |labor 36.00 |service call 52.00 *** |total was 111.32 | |Here is the problem... when i called to ask how much it would be to have a service men come out to see what was wrong with my dryer the operator told me it would be 52.00 for service fee and that if we did have it fixed that this would be worked into the bill so imagine my dismay when the bill showed that the 52.00 was included and not worked into the bill. i called and they had changed the story to say that the 52.00 is a flat fee just to have 1 of their people show up then the bill starts of at 52.00 and goes from there. i check with another company and they had said there's was 59.95 to 79.95 that would be also worked into the cost of the bill so that the bill would not exceed the initial cost if it was a small item such as the fuse .. so if i had gone with Mr. Appliance there bill would have been a lot less then the price i paid at quality ... so no i will never choose them nor recommend them to anyone because of the bait and switch practice with the "service charge" being a charge unto its self and not worked into the total bill for services... i shouldn't have to pay for the pleasure of them coming out to my house and have them repair my machine that is not how services work.

easy to contact and they also get right back to you if you left a message - good estimate on time and parts and when part showed up they called and scheduled service call and were prompt and got it done : )

Company was easy to contact and able to come to my house the very next day. Technician was on time (was running a few minutes early and as I'd requested he called me at work to let me know 10 minutes before he arrived), neat, and told me what he was doing (so I can try to do it on my own next time). I will continue to use this company in the future.

They are a very good company to call. I did some calling before choosing them for price and availability to suit my schedule. My experience with them was a good one.
