I did not get the mans name that helped me but I was having trouble finding the parts I needed and when I explained the problem he knew what I needed and jumped right to work finding the right stuff. However he did have some problems with stock and check the other stores in the area and got one shipped to me overnight. No extra charge. Also called me when it came in. Went back to the store yesterday for another part and he remembered me and asked how the repair went. What a great way to run a store.
