ISAAK'S SERVICE

They said it was fixed. My husband went to go pick up the truck and it was making a horrible screeching noise that it didn't have when we drop it off. We took it over to our Uncle and he said they put in the wrong size of brake clips and it was grinding on the metal of the rims. We called the repair shop back. They said they would come to our home and take a look at it. He tried fixing it at our home then he said bring it to my shop and I will fix it correctly without charge. Well when he tried fixing it at our home. He actually made it worse so my husband and uncle worked on it a little so it would be able to at least get to Isaack's shop. He did ended up fixing it right the third time but he charged us again for nails that were in the tires when he should have given to us free after the struggle we already had to go through.

It was a pretty good experience. I generally expect the worst when it comes to auto repair, but the staff at Isaak's were really nice and they were able to get me in right away. As far as I can tell ( which doesn't say much as I don't know anything about cars), they did a great job. All of the bad sounds I was hearing have gone away, even sounds that I didn't know were being caused by my near non-existant brake pads! As far as price, I did call around a few places before taking it to Isaak's, and Isaak's was the cheapest (although still way more than I wanted to pay! :) ). Overall, they seemed very trustworthy and I'd definitely go back.

Got my car in the very morning I called. He provided a ride home and said he'd call when it was completed. Two hours later he called and had my car fixed and ready to go. $78 for the parts/labor, and wonderful customer service. I will definitely go to Isaak's Service again!

Called to make an appointment because I needed an oil change and my breaks were screeching.
Droped off my car brought in my keys the lady at the counter was very nice and she gave me a ride to work, and when I got off work my coworker gave me a ride back to Isaak's to get my car.
I went in and found out my total and payed for the services she gave me my keys, and I left.
I'm glade that some place lookes out for the little guy (great low price)!!!

i showed up at the shop and told larry and david that my check engine light was on david hooked up the scanner and told me wut was the problem and how much it would be. i told them to go ahead and fix it
