Description of Work: They are way over priced for what they offer. If you need anything done, they will raise your rent to pay for the maintenance on your apartment. We lived in the same apartment for 9 years. We had the original carpet and appliances and they were at least 27 years old and we were charged 45 and 25 dollars a month more respectfully for each item. To me the company is very unproffesional in its operations. They one manager in Crookston that is one of the biggest liars in the town.
