The service was done well - there are no complaints about that, but it took forever to get a hold of someone to even set up an appointment in the first place. I was charged for driving time and equipment pickup in addition to the time spent at my home getting the work done, which was not made clear to me ahead of time. A mess was left after the services were performed and when I expressed my concerns with the time I was billed for and the mess left behind, the owner was not cooperative with my concerns telling me that clean up would have taken longer and they would have charged $70 to be the janitor.
