One was free because they gave us two years free oil changes.  They got us in as soon as they could. We were concerned that there was something wrong with the 4 wheel drive on his pick and he took it down because there had been a lot of ice and rain and the guy came over and checked it and said nothing wrong, it was just ice buildup. So they were very nice, professional and they didn’t charge us for it. So I give them an A for honesty and professionalism. I was quite impressed with them.

This was a fabulous experience. My salesmen David Boehm was amazing. I forgot something in the car I traded in and they dropped it off at my house before I realized it was missing! I test drove many cars, several more then once, but never felt pressured to buy. After I bought the car he spent more then 45 minutes making sure I was comfortable with all the new features and how to manage all the technology. I love my new car.

They always get us in right away if we have any questions or concerns.

I was looking for not only a specific make and model of vehicle, but also wanted specific options and didn't have much luck finding a decent used example. I contacted Eide Ford via phone about a vehicle on their website that was close to what I wanted. It was the current model year but used with low miles. After talking with the salesman, Darrell, he informed me that he had a new vehicle on the lot that was exactly what I wanted and could get it to me for about the same price. After negotiations and rebates I ended up buying the new vehicle for less than the used one and for much less than other dealerships in the area. I had financing through my bank arranged at a very good rate and before I took delivery of the vehicle they asked if I would be open to letting them try to beat my banks loan. I agreed and they were able to beat my bank by a full 1%. Doesn't save much, but every bit helps. We were treated very well by everyone at Eide Ford and will buy from them again.

VERY WELL

We had visited with salesman Roger Ritz and did test drives of used vehicles. No pressure to buy. I asked Roger to call me if a used specific model came in. (I had also checked eBay and not very many were available and nothing reasonably close.) I was contacted and told about the arrival of new vehicles with rebates that made the new very close to the price of program vehicles.

I had my 93 Ford F350 7.3 diesel brought in for a routine recall and they performed additional checks and services. It took twice the time they told me 1hr versus 30 mins. I do understand that sometimes things get complicated and take more time. It's the services that they tried to con me into that made me mad. There inspection tech told me I needed to flush my power steering unit and brake lines. Even though I know that the lines are too old and would look like it does now in the matter of minutes running through the system. They also tried telling me I need a new and quot;gas filterand quot;, because of age. If they actually looked under the hood they would have seen a brand new and quot;fuel (diesel) filterand quot; with the miles written right on it! To top it all off they actually had the nerve to try and sell me on putting in new spark plugs, because of the miles on the vehicle. Kinda amazing that they started putting spark plugs in a diesel!
The point of this is to make sure what ever they tell you that you may need, get it double checked! You may be paying for something they can't, don't, or don't really need.
