The service man was very courteous.  We have called to check a washing that was making some scary noises.  He inspected our washing machine, told us the cost of repairs were prohibitive and gave us recommendations on new models to replace our existing machine.  He does not sell washers, but based his advice on his experience repairing machines.  Before he left, we asked about a noisy refrigerator door.  He looked it over, removed the door, replaced a washer and put the door back.  Solved the problem. We were charged only for the minimum service call fee.

Arrived on time agreed upon. Checked status of refrigerator. Pulled out fridge and removed water line to see if it was plugged. Water line not plugged so he then replaced the dual water valve and everything worked fine.
I will call on Doc again the next time I need work done on my appliances.
