They were very professional, prompt and courteous.

I called Dick's at 8am. I explained that I was unsure if we had a bad downdraft in the fireplace, or possible blockage. We had used the fireplace the evening before, house filled with smoke. We used a fire extinguisher to put out the fire. He said he had a cancellation and could come around 1 pm. They called at 12:30 that they were on their way. Two gentlemen arrived, checked everything out from inside the house, and on the roof. They told me, we had a downdraft, that there was no blockage. I asked them the still clean the chimney either way. They did a professional job. He checked the furnace to make sure the smoke had not clogged the air filter. They cleaned up their mess, were polite, friendly, and answered questions.
