Bianco Realty handles everything very professionally. We sold our home within one week. We were very happy with our experience with Shirley Thomas at Bianco Realty.

Ryan was our realtor.  We were excited to start the selling process with him and he suggested that he could deliver great things for us.  He did not deliver on any of his promises.  I asked his advice on how much I needed to sell the house for and break even, I gave him my payoff and asked him what he'd charge and give me a bottom line number that we couldn't go below.  I sold the house for $2000 more than what the bottom line was that he gave me and I still had to pay out $1500 at closing, losing me money. 
Losing money wouldn't have been an issue, except that we had 2 competing offers in on the house at the same time.  Ryan refused to try to get the people to bid against each other, opting instead to try to negotiate one deal at a time, only after failing at negotiating with the first potential buyers would Ryan negotiate with the second potential buyer.   This potentially cost us thousands of dollars.   I would have fired him at that time, however I needed to sell the property as soon as possible and wasn't sure if I could legally do so since we had signed a contract.
Last, I only bring this up because Ryan bragged to us on several occasions on how well he takes care of his clients and that he always buys them a thank-you present.  He told us on at least 4 or 5 different occasions that he would get us a thank-you present as soon as the house sold.  The house sold, I signed papers about 3 days before the buyer did.  I did not even get a call from Ryan saying that everything went through, no congratulations, no thank-you card, and no thank-you present.  I don't really care about getting a present, I'd just like to be thanked for making the guy thousands of dollars in commision, and he doesn't even acknowledge me. 
I contacted Bianco realty and tried to express my concerns that I outlined above and have not had a response in almost a month. 
I cannot recommend enough to someone to find a different realtor outside of Bianco.

We purchased our home through Bianco in December 2010. Judy M was our realtor, she took us around for 6 months trying to find the right house. Always friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared. Would highly recommend Judy to anyone! After the sale we kept in touch, and now we are selling our current home and well on our way to buying our second home in Bismarck through Judy.

Find my house but have to do some of the looking by myself. Feel that it wasn't worth it to hire an agent.

They grossly misrepresented us both and now buyer has an uncollectable financial judgement against the seller.
