All spots from the carpet cleaning have come back. That's minor & not my main source of cognitive dissonance. The 4 expensive area rugs were destroyed 100% & we have now taken them to a charitable thrift store & donated them. I took Bar Bee Carpet Cleaning to small claims court after they disavowed any responsibility for the destruction. I had DATED before/after pictures, there was no doubt he ruined them. During the small claims court proceedings, he & his son/employee out & out perjured themselves as to the nature of the damage, what procedures they had performed on the rugs, the value of the rugs, on & on. Unfortunately, I lost the case in spite of irrefutable proof per the photos. Local experts I showed the rugs to agreed with my analysis & explained what he had undoubtedly done, but were not willing to officially testify, which I can understand. I did have written expert testimonial as to the true value of the rugs.
