 + -1 moreThe bids process was pretty painless, Carl the owner and Master Plumber and pretty much sole employee is extremely dedicated. He was here 7 days a week until the project was finished. The project was a major remodel that entailed removal of the entire DWV cast iron system, install of all new PVC, install new water heater, rerun and install of waterlines, install of new tub/showers, vanities, and toilets in 3 bathrooms. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself each day. He promptly addressed any concerns and has been in touch to make sure everything was still up to our satisfaction. He is a quality master plumber and I would recommend him to anyone in the area.
