Warning to anyone wanting to order windows from allied. If you order Hayfield windows thru allied beware that you must recheck every single thing even if you have one window changed by a couple of inches be prepared the entire order can be screwed up and don't exspect the salespeople to watch for this. We asked for triple pane windows which included several arch top windows got the bid back thinking these were what we had asked for we were never told Hayfield doesn't make triple pane arch windows and when orderd they just make them dual without informing anyone. The customer is always to Blame when it comes to Allied even if there salesman reasures you your getting what you asked for. THIS is a list of the things that were changed without us asking and without being informed 1. from triple to dual glazed, After the fact we find out HAYFIELD DOESN'T EVEN MAKE ARCH WINDOWS IN TRIPLE GLAZE 2 Foam filled to NO FOAM 3 Sheet rock returns to nothing 4 Remove nailing fins with Brick Mold to nailing fins Back On.The salesman never went over ANY of these CHANGES with us He only went over sizes and grids and colors. They also want all Money paid with order so no matter how bad they screw the order up the customer is stuck PAYING FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE!!!!! MY ADVISE, GET YOUR WINDOWS ANYWARE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
