We had to sue him because he did such a bad job. He had gone bankrupt and he closed down. The sub contractor used nails instead of screws which nobody uses any longer. The materials what they used was just not good. They didn’t put enough coats. They were supposed to put three coats and they did two. The nails popped through and we are still replacing it now. We have to go back and use screws. We re-patched and coat which should not have happened. The electrician created problems that we had to have someone else out and repair it. We will never use that contractor again. He was just very poor and he used second grade materials. He used poor quality material. We paid him $100 for each square foot and we did not even get a finished product. He took us for a ride. We had to go back and fix things which not have been done. He was not responsive. He wouldn’t come back to fix things that went wrong. He was here when he said he was going to come. His team was here working most of the time. They were here working but didn’t do a good job. He did not handle the work professionally. He also raised his voice which he should not do to a customer. I would never recommend him to anyone else. I would never use his services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Rensol LLC. I last used his services probably four years ago. He did an actual addition to the house which was about five hundred to six hundred square foot. It was up to a storey and a half high. It was adding two new rooms. He had to put in a foundation and do it.
