James Hartley is wonderful to work with, He explained what they would do fix my problem and they did it. The men were very good about keeping the dust and dirt down, The end result was just as I was told to expect. I would definitely hire James Hartley again.

James Hartley Construction : Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. These traits extend through the entire construction crew. Four men working five days installed the Gorilla bracing system to stabilize and straighten two basement walls. The construction itself involved a good deal of prep work to accommodate 26 - 10 foot steel columns. The work is plumb and true and the crew continually cleaned up the area. I highly recommend James Hartley and his crew. The best contractor I have had the pleasure of working with and in this instance, you do get what you pay for.

Mr Hartley was very accommodating, as far as scheduling, he knew what needed to be done and got it accomplished in 2 days. He moved furniture out, before the work started and replaced it when done. He was expensive but I am hoping this lasts for many years.

Mr. Hartley did an excellent job waterproofing my basement. he understood my budget concerns and stayed at the estimate given even though extra work was done to make the project whole. All the work was done timely and professionally. I would highly recommend JAMES HARTLEY CONSTRUCTION for any projects needed to be done.

We were very pleased with Mr. Hartlley's company and services. They returned calls right away, showed up when they were supposed to and did a great job. Very professional and trustworthy. They run their business the right way. He explained exactly what he was going to and how it would fix the problem. First class. Highly recommend them. The walls were getting ready to cave in on the garage basement. So it wasn't really a foundation issue but it is fixed now and we don't have to worry!!!

I actually did not have to have any work done to my foundation. However, James Hartley was a very caring, and knowledgeable man. He came out to my home, checked my foundation, and found that I had normal settling, and that my foundation is secure. He gave this assessment for free. I felt so much better after his evaluation! If and when I do need any construction work done...Mr. Hartley will be the one I contact!

Basement Drainage Channels Service
James and his crew were absolutely fantastic. They were curtious and great to work with, not to mention the exemplary work that they did. My basement is 100% dry and smells as one would hope for the first time since I've lived in my home. If you're looking for the best value in lock-step with the highest quality work, look no further. I would recommend James to anyone I know.
