We had them come out to waterproof out basement. However, whenever it rains really bad the basement still floods. I've tried calling them to get them to come back out, but they are not responding to my calls.

When they did the work they were overzealous about getting paid and I paid him in full for the project before everything was finished.  After he was paid in full he was still supposed to install a dehumidifier in the crawlspace within about 10 days, but it has been about 6 weeks now.  He never came back out to do the job and I have tried to call him multiple times to get him to come back out to do the work.  He responded once with a voicemail, but I have called him twice since then and still have gotten no response. They did a good job on the work, but I just want to get it finished.

Triangle owner provided complete explanation of the pros and cons of each option. Always responded quickly to any communication or request. Asked whenever guidance was needed versus just going ahead and doing something on their own - that is much appreciated, even from an "expert". House foundation is now back to its original dry condition, even after the few extemely heavy downpours we recently experienced.

They did the work in September 2009. They were good. However, after the job was done, they were hard to get in touch with.

He did a good job. He was very persistent. He was flexible and worked with me. I can't speak to the success since it was performed so recently.

Our garage and laundry room had leaked for years because the builder had not graded the property correctly and we got run off from all the land behind us. We tried many things over the years, but nothing held very long. We finally decided to go ahead and do the whole waterproofing thing--have it dug out, put the sealant on, lay the drain, close it up. Mr. Walker's crew was totally professional, did the work quickly and efficiently, cleaned up well, and so far, we have had no more leaks. He has a twenty year warranty on the work.
