After having the St. Perry representative look at the warranted problem several times, over five months, I contacted another landscaper and had them fix the problem.

Tod came and treated the yard as he has for the last 4 years. He sprays the yard completely front and back. I have to stay off it for about an hour to give it time to dry, and keep from tracking chemicals on floors in house. I have one of the prettiest lawns in my subdivision. My grass is green in the summer, weed free and if I see weeds coming in I can call him and he will come and take care of it. I also have him do a red ant treatment in April. The first year I was here I saw ant mounds regularly around the yard. In the last 3 years since he has been treating the yard there has not been one (1) ant mound anywhere on my property.

I love the company, I love Tod Moore. He is personable, friendly, respectful, trustworthy and dependable. I would recommend Tod and Perry Corporation to anyone who takes pride in the the way their lawn looks and feels. I love walking on lawn...It is like walking on a thick carpet.

We spent probably around $2000 on that service. Tim is one of the sales representatives and he is probably the most honest person we have ever met in the business world. We can't always say that their prices are the most fair, but Tim will absolutely not try to sell us something we don't need. He will not try to sell us the most expensive things, but really just what meets our needs. If there are any problems, he is more than willing come back and fix whatever the problem is at no cost whether it is our fault or theirs. Honestly, he knows that a couple of times the sprinkler had popped up and hadn't gone down and I have gone over it with a lawn mower, completely devastating the sprinkler head. He came out the next day and put in a new one at no cost and no questions. I have also picked his brains about other landscaping things and he offers us free advice over the phone. He is just really willing to work with us and several of our neighbors, all of those who have contracted with him.

Gary Ricardo is the gentleman who comes on a weekly basis to care for our yard. He is a hard working guy who does good work. His services are cost effective for the work he performs. We have used him for quite some time and hope to long into the future. I would and have referred him to friends.

WELL MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM HAS BEEN LIMITED. THEY JUST COME AND DO EVERYTHING THEN THEY LEAVE US A NOTE OF WHAT THEY DID TO IT THAT DAY. SO FAR THEY DO A PRETTY GOOD JOB.

ATM IS A PRETTY GOOD COMPANY. THEY BASICALLY HELPED ME TO BUILD A LAWN FROM SCRATCH. IT HAS FILLED IN PRETTY WELL, EXCEPT FOR A COUPLE OF SMALL PATCHES WE ARE STILL WORKING ON.

YOU CAN PICK AND CHOOSE FROM A LONG LIST OF THINGS YOU CAN HAVE DONE TO YOUR LAWN. THEY ARE ALSO VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS. THEY MAKE MY LAWN LOOK WONDERFUL, AND EVERYTHING GROWS SO MUCH BETTER NOW.
