Chuck and his sons are very professional and do an excellent job with Heat and AC repair and for when we needed to replace complete systems including dual zone cards etc

The work went well. Chuck and his crew were 30 mins early, performed the work as requested and did not leave any signs of being there (except for the new ducts). They tied the new ducts up to the joists to keep them away from the vapor barrier. They painted mastic on all joints of the existing ducts and new ones as well. Excellent work. I'd recommend them any day of the week.

They arrived promptly and reviewed the inspectors notes.  they examined the hvac unit and explained what the inspector criticized, and how they could correct it to be more efficient and up to code.

Have used them for years.  Regular maintenance- heat and air.  They have replaced my a/c unit.  Best price and service.  Would not call anyone else.

It went excellent, any time I have called them they respond very quickly.

We called Chuck for a bid at the informal recommendation of several neighbors. Chuck and his team knew what they were doing, as evidenced by a home energy company that we hired observing their work and endorsing it fully. They were courteous and put down dropcloths to avoid damaging our wood floors. Their bid was much lower than several competitors, but I do not think that we sacrificed any quality. The only negative in the whole experience was a slight misunderstanding - I thought they were going to replace the return ductwork as well, but the bid clearly said all and quot;supplyand quot; ductwork. When we reviewed the job he offered to come back for an additional fee and replace the returns, which I think was reasonable.
Their company now operates as and quot;Northern Exposure,and quot; which did not come up on a search on Angie's List.

I'm not one to often write reviews, but Chuck and his sons did an excellent job. We just purchased this house as a foreclosure and the downstairs furnance was 20 years old and not functional. I expressed concerns due to my son having severe allegries, and the importance of making sure the air was as clean as possible. Chuck (and his family) is extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. It is rare to find a good contractor who is honest and provides quality work at a fair price. He was on top of all permits, rebates offered, and worked with me to ease any concerns that I had. I would recommend him to any of my friends or family.

Chuck provided me with a number of choices when my 28 year old HVAC system decided to finally die. His quote was the lowest of those that responded and he is a Trane specialist. His quote included a legit Trane system rather than the and quot;budget friendlyand quot; Trane-built but not Trane named equivalent one person tried to sell us. He took care of all the permits and has the inspector scheduled to look at it next week with me, something I had not expected or thought about. His crew was very professional and they took care to cover the carpets and any furniture that might get dusty/dirty from removing the old duct work. He arrived promptly at 8 am as scheduled and had the unit replaced by 3pm that afternoon. He returned the next morning to take care of the ducts in the attic. It is a family run business and they were all very helpful. His wife took the time to go over the payment options and even helped us take advantage of some rebates offered by the Progress Energy. These rebates are only offered by certified repair technicians and he is certified by Progress Energy. The whole thing went seamlessly. I am now the 3rd person on our block to use Chuck for this same service and all of us have been thrilled. It's nice to have a comfortable home once again.
