This company took care of my septic system for many years until a major repair was needed. Completely broke my irrigation system and didn't say anything at all about it when they left; landscapers were appalled when they finally figured it out. Asked for a credit on the repair to share some of the cost, and they told me to go pound sand. Not very nice - would not work with them again.

They came recommended, but they showed 6 hours past their appointment time. Then they were here for 30, did not open anything, stuck their rod in the ground, told us it would be around $1200 to fix, told us we needed to get a permit, and that they would stake the site. They never staked the sight, and then the sent us a bill for $150.00 for nothing. very frustrated, we have received the report from the county on repairs, and plan to use another company. I would not recommend this company.

They came out within 2 days of my request and did a great job. I would definitely work with them again.

Called David Brantley and they sent someone out as soon as they could (during winter storm). They checked everything out and found that the problem was not at the pump but with the circuit box and the power line to the pump for the house. This was fixed, with the help of an electrician, and we set up an annual checkup to make sure future problems are avoided.

A major repair like this creates a lot of stress, but Cory managed to make it as painless as possible. He took care of the repair negotiations with the inspector and answered all our questions along the way. His crew worked very efficiently and as carefully as they could - they did a great job. While I hope to never need his service again, I recommend Brantley Septic highly to anyone who does.

Great! The tech sent to our house (Ollie or Ali?) was wonderful!! Also, the owner, Cory, was great about responding quickly to several email questions I sent him before the service. Highly recommend these folks!!

We had to get an entirely new septic tank and drainfield due to our old system not being up to code (along with the problems it was having).  They (Cory) worked with Wake County over several visits to devise a plan that would work with our yard and minimize the number of trees we had to remove.
I would HIGHLY recommend working with them.  They know their stuff, have been in business for a long time, have a good working relationship with the county staff and get the job done as expected.

I called them and got a call back the same day.   The next day the technition called me and said he was in the area and wanted to stop by to take a look.  They indentified and fixed a bad step down valve in about an hours time. 

Was on time, courteous and professional. Careful to protect surrounding landscape, etc.

David was quick to send someone to inspect the septic, but they did not pump the tank in order to inspect. Therefore, they could not tell me about the bottom or sides of the tank. I asked for the tank to be pumped so that I could get thorough inspection. David sent someone that same day to pump the tank and re-inspect. He gave me a verbal report that afternoon. They left large oil stains on the homeowner's cement driveway, so that was a hassle. Then, I didn't get the written report until the next week, when I called and asked for it. The report was sent immediately. So, why did I not give them an A or, at least, a B? I assigned a C because I had to ask for everything twice and and it was time-consuming. Also, the oil stains on the driveway reflected badly on me and caused the homeowner extra work. It was hard to ask the homeowner to let me send more inspectors out to their lovely property after that experience.
