They were very punctual. Showed up early in the morning at 8 am. Did a great job making sure that everything was even, laid out. Instead of laying tile over existing flooring like many others who quoted, they took out the existing flooring down to the sub floor and then did a great job with the grouting, the durock, and the overall tile job. These guys like to do things from the ground up and make sure things last.
