IThe ceramic tile floor in the shower was stained and wearing away. We had thought about replacing the entire floor. We called Roberto of Betto Tile. His office responded right away and gave us an appointment time that was convenient for our schedule. He came to give us an estimate, and suggested replacing the grout using an epoxy product. If we decided to do that, it would not only look good, but it would wear well.
During his visit, we were so impressed, we asked him for a quote to do the kitchen as well. In the end, we had the shower, kitchen, hallway, and laundry room floor done.
He took time to explain what the process was, performed the work in a timely manner, and did a great job.
We were very happy with his level of service, his quality of work, and professionalism.
