Phenomenal! We had solicited three bids. Two other companies were nearly twice the price and had massive components that were not to code. Tracey came recommended from a friend and we couldn’t have been happier from start to finish. Answered all our questions, gave us options and explained things along the way. We were happy to have heat again and took comfort in knowing things were done to code. Our home is three levels and three separate zones for heating.

Everything went great, thanks to Tracy.  He pulled out all the old equipment and duct work and disposed of all that nasty stuff.  He thoroughly cleaned the attic where it had been, and designed and had built a new platform which met new codes and would handle the new furnace unit.  He also discovered the attic fan was inoperable and had that fixed.  He bought the new units for me after a very clear discussion about what we needed and wanted and what he thought best for the house. He installed the furnace upstairs and the AC unit outside.  He then cleaned all the ducts and installed new duct pipes in the attic.  He also put in a new thermostat and even found a plate to use behind the new unit which beautifully covered the hole from the last unit.  Not a single mar on the wallpaper.  I find that he is very cost conscious.  The work was done in a timely manner and a reasonable cost.  Everything was clean when he left and working perfectly.  
The reason we chose Tracy to replace our old furnace was because we have used Tracy for the last 8 years and we had an addition put on our house last year and Tracy did the heating and air for our new extension.  Again, his work was meticulous and he always went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.  His rates are fair and his work is the best we have found in this field. Coincidentally, the builder we chose to do our extension also used Tracy.
Before we found Tracy we were paying a yearly contract to maintain our units.  They had something wrong every year that required a cost outside the contract and it usually happened after the guy checked them.  Finally we called Advanced Comfort. Tracy came out and fixed the downstairs unit (which had already been replaced before we met Tracy).  He checked the unit out, fix it, and it didn't break again until it wore out.  Tracy does have service contracts for those who want the convenience and comfort of knowing that their heating/air system is in good working condition for the coming season.  Also great for larger homes with several units or new homes with new units that one might want to keep cleaned and in good repair in order to extend the life of the units. His contracts are fair and very reasonably priced.
I don't do many reviews but am happy to recommend Tracy and Advanced Comfort wholeheartedly!

It did take them two days to finish the work. They had to go back to the shop for a part. The owner of this company is Tracy. I really liked them and the work they did. I would never use another company. It was so hot outside when this happened and I thought they fixed it fast. I also felt like he knew a lot about his industry.
