I would not recommend white plumbing. We hired them in January to do a rough-in for a detached garage. I should have known better because they kept pushing us off and when I reached out to the owner he curse at me but because we're on a deadline for our permit, I overlooked that and hired this company. They did the rough in and then told us that the electricity needed to be finished before they could return so the electricity was done in March and I started calling whites to get the work on the calendar. I received excuse after excuse and lie after lie as far as them coming back out to complete the work. It went from March to May and they blamed COVID although plumbing is essential as one of the reasons for not coming back out. Finally it got so ugly that they decided they were not going to do the job because I stated I was going to file complaints and submit reviews. When we trying to get other plumbers it took us at least five before we found one that was willing to do the job because what whites did was wrong. They put the pipes in the wrong place although they were told and shown where the bathroom would be. So we had to pay for the work that they did to be redone as well as the concrete that we had paid for. Thankfully we found a great plumber who was able to do it but do not use White's plumbing. Maybe they don't like black people I'm not sure but I honestly felt that there was a race issue and I'm only putting this review because I don't want other peopleto go through what we went through lies after lies and excuse after excuse and then to say they weren't going to complete the job. They said I call too much but they never called me back and I was just trying to get finished what was started all that had to be done was for the job to be finished and done correctly. Ben was extremely professional and polite, and took care of another minor plumbing problem (removing a whole-house water filter that we no longer needed) for us as well, at a very reasonable rate. We will call them again for any plumbing problems. There's a very secure feeling in having a reliable plumbing company on speed dial!

White’s Plumbing installed the plumbing in two NEW HOMES I recenty purchased from Imperial Custom Homes (for myself and another family member) and BOTH homes are plagued with problems. They improperly installed plumbing fixtures in the master bathroom in one of the homes resulting in thousands of dollars in damage to the bathroom and hardwood flooring in the master closet because of severe water leak. Other issues include sewage smell coming from bathroom sink drains, dripping faucets, and improplerly installed kitchen sink faucet (handle on backwards,) and sloppy toilet installation. After a few months of back and forth, they are unresponsive and will not stand by their work. Do your homework. Check reviews on YELP. There are many bad reviews. Do NOT use this company.

The services provided were exceptional. The technician was very professional, clean and meticulous with his work. Our bathroom looks like something out of a show room now. Most people worry about the fixtures themselves (my wife) but I was more impressed of the individual technician's work that he performed, all the way down to the clean caulking around each fixture. The office handled the scheduling and the technician was on time. We incurred no hiccups! I would highly recommend Whites Plumbing LLC and will continue to use their services in the future.

I couldn't ask for better service. They were punctual and very professional. I couldn't believe how neat our technician was. There wasn't an ounce of clean up to do.

Chris Clark came out at the exact time promised and completed the repair. He also assisted with the relighting of my hot water heater to ensure that my water service was completely restored. He was most professional and efficient.

Let me just start by saying, this company is a blessing. My husband and I we're going on 2 days with no water. Our other hired company couldn't fix the problem with-in a reasonable price & time. White's did just that -and- serviced me the day I called in. The woman I spoke with on the phone was so kind and quick to help me out. We received a call back in 6 mins. When CD arrived he was professional and got the problem fixed in no time. This company is excellent and professional. Not to mention so kind! Will have them out for any other issues.

They came twice - first blamed it on an electrical issue (though an Angies List top rated electrician had come first to tell us it was a plumbing issue). When another electrician came and said it was, indeed, a plumbing issue, they returned. Still tried to blame in on electricity. Then claimed it was the water heater that has never shown signs of a leak. When we didn't want them to return, they said they had to go get something they left behind in the basement and dumped dirty water from their wetvac all over the carpet. Disgusting, rude people.

I did speak with you last week over the phone as well, after your wife used very inappropriate/vulgar profanity to our technicians when we were trying to figure out the issue and get it resolved for you. At that point you apologized for her behavior and stated her frustration was with AHS sending out several different companies prior to us coming out to your property. We are a professional company that takes pride in our work and our customers are our number 1 priority. I confirmed with you that you were authorizing White's Plumbing, LLC to order the water heater that was approved to be replaced by AHS (they were covering a new heater to be installed) and come out today 6/7/2017 to install it. You confirmed that there would be no further issues and all was well to proceed. We then go out this morning and your wife sends out someone to tell us that she does not want the water heater to be replaced...So I advised my technicians to leave the property and I contacted American Home Shield to make them aware of the situation. Our business runs off of word of mouth & getting a bad review here when all we have done is try our best to accommodate you is unfair. As a small business owner this could be a make or break situation for us. I wish that you would have called me after we spoke initially concerning the water issue. You stated above that our guys dumped water in your crawlspace and it was all over the carpet? However, when we just spoke over the phone you stated there was a leak that caused this in your basement not the crawlspace. This information is contradicting and conflicting. At that point no one contacted us to resolve any of these alleged issues. We were to come out the following day to replace the heater so we would not have purposely caused further damage/work for ourselves. Had we been made aware we could have resolved this promptly and professionally. We do everything possible to make it right for our customers and you would have been no different."

I called on a Thursday and they were able to get there within 24 hours. They were great. They explained everything that was wrong and what needed to be done. They were very professional. It took about 30 minutes to diagnose the problem and only a few hours to install the new water heater. They even called about a week later to make sure everything was still working properly. If I ever have any more plumbing issues they will be the first people I call.
