they are not reliable, they never answered my request at ALL.

At first I was very happy with the relative responsiveness and professionalism of the firm. However, once the work was completed and an error discovered, they became curt and unresponsive. I asked for a motion sensor to be installed on the flood light at the front of the garage. I wanted it to turn on only when a car drove up the driveway (not activated every time a deer or squirrel walked by) and to stay on for five minutes at a stretch. This is how I explained my requirements to the electricians. The motion sensor did not seem to work properly so (after I paid the invoice in full) I called and asked that they come back to take a look. It turned out that all three flood lights (four in back and one in front) were on the same electrical switch. So as they installed it, in order for the front motion sensor to work, the four rear flood lights have to be on as well. They never mentioned that the front flood light and motion sensor would need to be on its own switch. When I explained again what I wanted, the electrician stated curtly that "that is not what you asked for, you only asked for a motion sensor". I am not an electrician so I am paying these people not only for their labor but their expertise as well, I expect them to provide me with advice on what needs to be done in order to achieve the end result I am looking for. As of yet, they have still not responsed to my repeated requested to come back and do the additional work necessary (I will pay for the additional labor) to make the light work as I want.
