It went well. The only issue is getting the invoices to make payments. The person applying the chemicals to my lawn doesn't always leave an invoice. The last one received was crumbled up and stuck in a hole on the exterior of my mailbox. The office manager hasn't sent me an up-to-date on-line transaction invoice in quite a while. The service is quite expensive, $70/application, so I think their accounts receivables could be better.

TLC began performing our lawn maintenance within the last 90 days and we've been very glad we selected them for the service. The service price is a bit on the high side but their responsiveness, promptness, and professional work prove that you get what you pay for.

They do a good job. The yard looks nice after they are done. We had them once before for a problem with our lawn. Something was killing off our lawn, and they took care of it. We had met the owner, and he was a nice person, and so we called them again. I don't think the price is bad for everything that they do. They don't let it go too long, they are here again, before it starts looking crappy. The men that work are real nice, because I talk to them when they are here.

Bryant has a crew come to my home weekly to take care of my lawn. My husband had surgery recently and is unable to care for the lawn. We are very pleased with the work. They leave a checklist of services that need to be done, which I appreciate. They mow the lawn, edge, blow debris off the deck and take away grass clippings. The price is very reasonable for the quality of work they do.

My Lawn was serviced 3 times: April 1, April 17, April 22. First service was done by their technician, Andrew Priviit. Second and third service was done by their technician, Bryson Oakley. First service was done very well. Second and third services were not done well. When Bryson arrived; I spoke to him before he started the third service. Bryson listened to my concerns about the way the service was done the second time and he agreed to make the necessary adjuistments to service the lawn as I requested. After he left, I was not pleased with the results. I called the office of Total Lawn Care. Without my knowledge, it seems that some discussion had occurred, and some acqusations had been made about me that were not flattering. The Office Staff advised me that they were dropping me as a customer because I was and quot;telling the technician how to do his joband quot; and and quot;the lawn took too long to cut, and a lawn my size is scheduled to be done in less timeand quot;. Total Lawn Care did not ask to hear my side of the story. Neither the owner, nor the foreman, of this company spoke to me nor was the company willing to make any adjustments in the way they do business to please me, the customer. I feel that this company does not listen to their customers, and wants to sell a and quot;one size fits alland quot; package, and has no desire to improve their service by listening to the concerns of their customers. Nor did Total Lawn Care want to know if their technician had done anything that was not pleasing to me. It was a terrible experience. I hope that this company learns to handle their customers with more respect. At their choice, the company did not charge me for the third service that was completed. But, the whole experience was COLD and not FRIENDLY at all. Since then, I have found another lawn care company who has listened to my requests, and this other lawn care company has gone over and beyond my requests to make sure my lawn is done in a manner that is pleasing to me, the customer..........Also, I want to add that Total Lawn Care could not get their scheduling consistent. The came out the first time on April 1 and I requested every 2 weeks. They came out in 2 weeks and 2 days. I realized that I could not wait those extra 2 days, so I then requested that they cut it once a week. Then, they came out the thrid time in 5 days (instead of 7 days). It was a bad experience in all aspects of doing business with this company.

TLC does a good job: Arrives on schedule, mows, edges walkways and driveway, blows deck and porch. Does not always respond to my e-mails, but shows up to do what I ask. I think they are a bit high - 40% higher than I had paid several companies in the city I moved from, but in line with other companies I contacted in the area.

They do a really good job. They are prompt and pay attention to detail. Did an excellent job on our landscaping in our back yard. It was reasonably priced.

OUR LAWN HAS NEVER LOOKED BETTER. BRYANT IS A VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL GUY THAT GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND HIS DUTIES. HE HAS EVEN DONE SOME SPRAYING AND PRUNING OF TREES.
