Item 2-This job was also quite disappointing. The Pex has installed completely twisted. A huge mess was left behind in the drop ceiling, water and wet plaster, which the tenants had to remove due to fear that the ceiling would cave in on their heads.
Item 3-They closed things up alright...the installed the access panels inside out and upside down.
