Tony did an amazing job removing the popcorn ceiling and painting it throughout my house. I am very happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

Last summer was an unusually wet summer so the estimate on start date was pushed back several weeks. Tony was great at keeping us in the loop in regards to when he could start on our house. Once his guys got started on our house they moved through the steps like clockwork. The quality of the work was exactly what I was hoping it would be. The guys doing the work were punctual, hard working, and neat. They cleaned up their mess every afternoon, which wasn't something I was expecting, but appreciated. Tony kept a close watch and made sure we knew what was happening and when it was happening through the whole process. In the end, the project took about two weeks and that was due to rain delays. There was nothing that needed to be addressed after the job was completed and I couldn't be happier. I will be using Osborne Painting again when needed and highly recommend them to anyone who needs painting jobs done.

The whole reason I joined Angie's List was to find a good house painter and someone to do trim repair after having had a previous painter who was adequate but not great. I received estimates from two companies recommended on the site and chose Mr. Osborne because he was priced fairly and attentive to detail with the estimate, making suggestions for other minor repairs that I had not noticed a need for but were obvious when pointed out. I had been having a problem with carpenter bees boring into the wood trim at the front of the house followed by woodpeckers trying to peck them out so a lot of the trim was a mess. Instead of just replacing the trim with wood he offered a different material that was more expensive but well worth it in this case but he did price out both in his estimate.

He was wonderful and professional. Initially I had contacted him around the beginning of pollen season. He pointed that out and gave me an approximate start date. Then he called again to ask if he could start earlier when the pollen cleared out sooner than expected. Mr. Osborne and his team were always friendly and never got in the way of my daily life. They were always punctual and were sure to clean up at the end of each day. They charged a fair price and were meticulous in their work. I was looking to use a local small business owner for this and plan to contact him again when it's time to redo the interior. Without hesitation, I highly recomend Osborne Painting.

I have nothing else to add. The job done was excellent and for the large areas repaired and repainted the price was good.

He has been very good. First of all, I saw him doing work for a neighbor and he took his time to do that. He is very thorough and he does the work properly. I would highly recommend him. I would use him again in the future too.
