Everything went very well other than the usual touch-ups and repairs. Santos and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and professional. When I wasn't happy with the alignment of some of the tiles, they redid them. They had to return to remove some grout that was not totally cleaned off of the shower listello and repair some minor grout issues but, other than that, there were no problems. They were very responsive to any concerns I had and seemed to have my satisfaction as their main focus. The laundry caused the main problem because when we replaced the linoleum with tile, the door threshold where the tile met the hardwood floors was uneven. There was a small (about 1/2") step up from the hall to the laundry due to the plywood that had to be installed on the laundry room floor for the tile base. I was very unhappy about that and Santos came up with the idea of making a small "ramp" to ease the transition. He did this and covered it with tile and it looks great and was the perfect solution. I am extremely pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

They did a great job, and everything else he did. One of the French doors was not closing properly and he corrected it within 15 minutes. He was great.

They took care of what I needed for under $200. It was maybe like $118 or $130. There had been a leak in the faucet part of our shower and when they finally ended up finding the leak and being able to repair it, they had to tear the tile out and then it needed to dry because it was wet back there. There were probably five tile pieces missing around the spigot and they were able to match the tiles practically perfectly and replace those tiles as well as clean the grouting around the tiles very well. They had the work done in an hour and a half. They were just in and out really quickly and you hardly could tell that they were there except that the tiles were replaced and they look good. I have never used them before and their service was really good as it was. I have not had any issue at all since the service.

I had initially hired another contractor to take out the tub/shower and replace it with a tiled walk in shower. He
did the demo, and put in the liner, but after researching it online, I
thought it was not being done correctly. I happened to pick Neuse Tile
out of the local phone book and called on Labor Day weekend. Paige
answered, and talked to me for over 30 minutes about the situation. She is amazing. She managed to answer
all my questions and calm me down. She was also 'right on' about how the original contractor would react when I questioned him about how the liner had been installed. I ended up letting him go and then researching other options to replace the shower. When it was all said and done, I just felt like I could trust Neuse Tile to do the job right. From the estimate, to the plumbers, the installers, and the office people, it was a great experience. Each person showed up when they said they would, or called if they were running late. The installers worked from early AM to late in the day. They confirmed with me their arrival and departure time each day. I was actually pleased to have them work over the weekend because it saved me some vacation days at work. It was a fluke that I picked this place randomly out of the phone book, but since then I've had several people tell me that Neuse Tile is the best and now I'm a believer too.

They are awesome. They are like the best service around. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. The salesperson was with us too because we experienced some problems so he went with us just to be sure everything went well. They are here when they say they will be. And, they are prompt about finishing and taking care of any problems that we had.

We are very happy with our experience with Neuse tile. Leigh in scheduling was very helpful in getting installation arranged to meet our schedule - including a couple of last minute decisions. Neuse also provided recommendations on tile, grout,accent pieces and overall design to ensure the components of the backsplash all worked well together. David was the installer. He and Antonio worked 6 hours straight to complete the job. Both were professional yet friendly. And we are really happy with the quality of the job. The one strange thing that happened was Neuse left their work trailer in our driveway from Friday (when the job was completed) until Monday morning - blocking our car in the garage. Luckily, we have 3 cars and didn't need the blocked one, but if we had known it would be there until Mon, we'd have had them park the trailer somewhere else. But, that was minor, overall, we are very pleased with our new backsplash and would recommend Neuse to anyone who wants tile work done.

Ihired Neuse Tile upon the recommendation of my neighbor who used them to install her tile back splash. I was very satisfied with the final product and the way that Randy and Scott when above and beyond to help me.
Here's is the deal. Randy came out to measure, and discuss the plan I had in mind. Then, I went over to the tile place next door to Neuse Tile and picked out the tile I wanted (worked with Laura - amazing). Then, Neuse called me to schedule a date. The day before, Neuse dropped off a trailer of supplies in my parking spot, b/c the work is actually done by contractors. The contractors came in around 1pm and stayed until 8pm. That would be my only complaint. 8pm was a bit late for me and I would have preferred them to come early and leave early. Plus, they left the electric outlets totally hanging out of the wall, like all the guts, everything. And... they were messy. I am still picking grout up off the floors, like behind the refrigerator.
But, the point is not the contractor drama. That is most likely going to happen no matter who you use these days. The point is that Randy came right over when I frantically called about the guts hanging out of my walls, helped me install my electric outlets, and went above and beyond what a normal company would do. I had migraines for 10 days, and Randy never gave up. Kept calling to see if he could come by and help me. Overall, excellent experience with the Neuse employees, and I really do have a back splash that my neighbors envy.

They did excellent work. One grout line in the master shower was too thin and quickly came out. I called them and they fixed it with a thicker line at no additional charge.

This was relatively small job. The person sent to measure was very helpful with advice on color selection and pattern arrangement. There was excellent contact and communications via email by the scheduler when the tile came in so that we knew and agreed on a time to install. The installers we efficient and did an excellent job. They left no mess for us to clean up and asked us if everything was done to our satisfaction. We wanted them to add an additional row of tile behind the stove in case we ever went to a different height stove and they brought their their tools back in and completed the job to out complete satisfaction without any hesitation.

THE SHOWER LOOKS PRETTY GOOD. THEY WERE QUICK WORKERS AND DID NOT MAKE A VERY BIG MESS IN THE BATHROOM. I HAVE SOME MORE TILE WORK THAT NEEDS DONE, AND I WILL BE CALLING THEM BACK.
